Scope
This policy applies to yswj.top, the Demo StarNexus Figma plugin, DemoCloudSail product pages, account access, entitlement verification, and related conversion services.
Demo StarNexus runs in Figma's plugin environment and processes document content only while the plugin is open and the user starts a relevant operation.
Data we process
Account data may include an email address, verification status, session state, consent record, entitlement status, and security request metadata.
When a user exports PPTX, the plugin reads the selected frames and sends the structure, layers, editable text, images, SVG, background, styles, and page dimensions required to complete that conversion to yswj.top.
Purpose
Data is used only to complete user-initiated import, export, conversion, account access, entitlement verification, service security, capacity control, and necessary support.
Customer design content is not sold, used for advertising profiles, used to train AI or machine-learning models, publicly indexed, or published by YSWJ.
Temporary files and retention
Conversion input and generated downloads are associated with the current task. Generated download objects use a temporary download URL and are removed under the configured retention policy.
Operational logs may retain status codes, request time, duration, file size, and de-identified account information for reliability, security, and support. Logs should not retain complete frame text, image content, or complete conversion payloads.
Customer and provider responsibilities
Customers must have the rights or permissions required to process the designs, images, fonts, text, and other materials they submit.
YSWJ provides account, entitlement, conversion, download, and security controls under this policy and the Terms of Service, including HTTPS transport, access controls, rate limits, task isolation, and temporary-file cleanup where applicable.
