The data controller for these services is YSWJ (the operator of yswj.top; ICP filing: 粤ICP备2026056578号-2). This policy covers the Demo StarNexus Figma plugin and its account, entitlement, and conversion services.
To request access, correction, a copy, deletion, account closure, withdrawal of consent, or to make a complaint, use https://yswj.top/en/support and provide the registered email address and request details. We verify account ownership and normally respond within 15 business days.
Scope
This policy applies to yswj.top, the Demo StarNexus Figma plugin, DemoCloudSail product pages, account access, entitlement verification, and related conversion services.
Demo StarNexus runs in Figma's plugin environment and processes document content only while the plugin is open and the user starts a relevant operation.
Data we process
Account data may include an email address, verification status, session state, consent record, entitlement status, and security request metadata.
When a user exports PPTX, the plugin reads the selected frames and sends the structure, layers, editable text, images, SVG, background, styles, and page dimensions required to complete that conversion to yswj.top.
Purpose
Data is used only to complete user-initiated import, export, conversion, account access, entitlement verification, service security, capacity control, and necessary support.
Customer design content is not sold, used for advertising profiles, used to train AI or machine-learning models, publicly indexed, or published by YSWJ.
Temporary files and retention
The plugin caches the email address, username, session token, and entitlement state for no more than 30 days and clears that cache when the user signs out. Website sessions last no more than 30 days. Conversion tokens default to 24 hours and are capped at 30 days.
PPTX conversion input is tied to the current task: chunk jobs default to four hours, generated local downloads default to one hour, and temporary output retention periods are capped at 24 hours. Expired downloads are denied and cleanup checks run every minute. In-flight jobs are protected until processing completes. Outages, storage failures, or failed cloud deletion can delay physical deletion; cleanup retries after recovery. Minimal deletion records without design content remain until deletion is confirmed. Expiry of a signed URL does not mean the cloud object has been deleted.
Account and entitlement records are retained while the account remains active. After a verified closure or deletion request, they are deleted or de-identified once transactions are settled and legal retention duties are satisfied. PPTX export diagnostics default to seven days and are capped at 30 days by service configuration; other necessary authentication, security, and audit logs are retained for no more than 180 days unless law, dispute handling, or a security investigation requires longer retention. Logs must not contain complete frame text, image content, or complete conversion payloads.
Processors and international transfers
YSWJ uses Tencent Cloud Email (SES) to send verification codes and may use Tencent Cloud Object Storage (COS) for temporary downloads capped at 24 hours. These providers process only the data needed for email delivery, hosting, transport security, and temporary file delivery.
Account, entitlement, and conversion infrastructure is primarily located in mainland China. For users outside mainland China, account information and selected design content submitted for cloud conversion may be transferred to and processed in mainland China.
Customer and provider responsibilities
Customers must have the rights or permissions required to process the designs, images, fonts, text, and other materials they submit.
YSWJ provides account, entitlement, conversion, download, and security controls under this policy and the Terms of Service, including HTTPS transport, access controls, rate limits, task isolation, and temporary-file cleanup where applicable.
